Despite the high quality standards of our manufacturers, this can unfortunately happen. We strive to process your request as quickly as possible. The entire repair process consists of the following steps:

conveniently via our online form.
Schritt 2
Your request will be reviewed internally by us.
After the review we will contact you.
Schritt 3
Attach the RMA number you received to the package and send it to us in the original packaging.
We will simply fix it.
It’s not just plastic waste that’s taking its toll on the earth, but also an enormous amount of electronic waste. That’s why we are happy to repair your Velodyne Acoustics subwoofer and bring it back to new life and its old joy of playing. After all, a subwoofer has to withstand enormous mechanical and thermal stress over the years. Our stock of spare parts goes back more than 20 years, which means that we are pretty sure to be able to fulfill your repair request. That’s why we say hanseatically: It’s not old, it’s vintage. But it performs like it did on the first day.
